Oil Well Genius is an advanced technology for oil wells that enhances production and extends the lifespan of pumps by actively managing gas pressure within a well. This is achieved through a proprietary cloud-based algorithm (OWG-AI). OWG’s proprietary algorithm, using high-resolution pressure transmitters, measures real-time changes in gas pressure within the well, continuously calculating the optimal point for each well while maintaining variable pressures and discharges through the production line.
OWG controls the back-pressure valve installed on the equipment, automating the adjustments that previously had to be done manually by the operator on the tubing valve. By doing so, OWG keeps free gas in liquid solution, preventing it from entering the pump and significantly improving fluid displacement efficiency.
